I am Amanda Gardner. I go by Claw Guru on most platforms online.

I am an artist who specializes in cartooning, comics, and character design. I am currently writing an illustrated novel.

I’ve been drawing for practically all my life. I picked it up after watching a ‘how to draw’ video on VHS. I have never stopped doodling, drawing, and honing my skills ever since.

I discovered my love for creating stories and characters. It started with falling in love with ‘The Art Of…’ books for many different animated movies. I watched the behind the scenes of movies almost as is it were a class lecture. This solidified my love for storytelling.

I am currently writing a book that will incorporate my illustrations. The book is called ‘Ranger Wolf’. I also have another book waiting for its turn to shine, ‘Dragon Knight’.

I do commissions and work as an Usher at the historic San Gabriel Mission Playhouse.
